Oscarsborg ferry
The ferry between Drøbak and Oscarsborg fortress runs all year. The trip from the main jetty Sundbrygga in Drøbak takes about five minutes.


Buy Ferry Tickets
Purchase your ferry ticket before boarding. Make sure to buy your ferry ticket before you board. You must present the QR code when boarding the ferry. The ticket is valid for 7 days from the time your journey begins and is validated. (Valid for round-trip travel). Please note: There are no transfer or add-on options between Ruter or Vy tickets and the Oscarsborg Ferry.

Parking
There is parking in the city centre, and a taxed parking space at Huskvik, about 400 meters from Sundbrygga. There are two handicapped spaces at Sundbrygga but no parking facilities. Unfortunately, there is no charging option for electric cars in the parking lot.
Bicycles, strollers and wheelchairs
It is not allowed to ride bicycles at Oscarsborg Fortress. If you arrive at the ferry pier with a bicycle, we encourage you to leave it there until you return. In special cases, you can clarify with the ferry crew whether it can be brought along.
Strollers and wheelchairs can be taken on board the ferry.
Arrival by Tour Bus
We recommend that tour buses bringing visitors to Oscarsborg drop off passengers at the regular bus stop at Grande, near Sundbrygga. The Oscarsborg Ferry can also pick up passengers at Sjøtorget, but this must be arranged in advance between the bus company and the ferry operator.

Travelling with a Dog?
Passengers travelling with dogs or other animals are kindly asked to remain outside on deck during the crossing. For reasons of safety and allergies, animals are not permitted inside the passenger lounge. We appreciate your understanding.
